How long does it take to learn to ride?
Around 20 minutes is suggested, once you have adapted to the board it will come natural everytime you use the board.
Do I have to be well balanced?
NO! The balance board will balance you automatically, rather than you
having to balance yourself. Everyone is able to ride once relaxed and
used to standing on the board.
How far does a single charge last?
On a single charge, you can expect to travel between 12 miles to 17 miles. The
variance depends on the riding conditions such as steepness and rider
weight.
Do you sell any other colours?
We currently only stock black & white balance boards however we can order in
both red and blue boards. If you would like to place a pre-order for a
red or blue board, please contact us here.
Can you deliver to my country?
We currently only offer UK delivery packages, however we can ship to certain countries. Get in touch first and we can tailor the delivery package to suit you. here.
What delivery courier do you use?
We use a mixture of delivery companies depending on the order size and availability of collection. All of our deliveries are tracked and insured.
Why is the delivery time so long?
These boards sell very fast, we do hold stock which is refreshed weekly however this tends to sell out within a matter of days. Typically delivery from point of order will be completed to you around the 7th working day, however we have to allow 7 to 10 working days to manage expectations.
